Five Scottish suppliers to the rail industry joined forces in 2011 to provide a one stop shop for all rail interior soft furnishing requirements, ‘Rail Interiors Solutions’. It all started before the International Rail expo held in Cologne. Our networking efforts are backed by the Scottish Enterprise and Supported by Scottish Textiles.
The Cologne show was very productive and the concept of joining forces with other recognised suppliers into the rail sector was warmly welcomed by all of our visitors. This lead to increased stand visitor numbers and proved to be a great networking opportunity with plenty of interest from train operators and inter company purchasing groups.
